Why 67% Of People Will Naturally Trust You

If you start a small business, you’ve automatically got something going for you.
Something really important:
Potential customers are a lot more likely to trust you. More likely than they are to trust big businesses.
This is from Gallup’s website:
“Just as Americans are more inclined to trust their local government than the larger federal entity, they are more likely to trust small business, while confidence in big business is in shorter supply.”
And they’re not just saying that. They did a poll last year, and they quote the statistics:
“Americans are more than three times as likely to express confidence in small business as they are in big business. 67% percent of U.S. adults report having “a great deal” or “quite a lot” of confidence in small business, far eclipsing the 21% who are similarly confident in big business.”
Great. So what?
So take advantage of that fact.
If you own a small business, you have the ability to build a committed, trusting customer base.
People are predisposed to trust you. If you give them a good product, answer their questions, and don’t do anything stupid, you’re well on your way to building a flourishing customer base and a thriving company.
